This policy explains which personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, how long we retain it, and what your rights are. The policy is aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Personal Data Protection of Montenegro.
1. Data controller
The controller is QQRIQ Consulting DOO, Podgorica, Crna Gora, tax ID (PIB) 03787222. Contact for privacy questions and exercising your rights: info@radnasnaga.me.
We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer, as the legal conditions for this are not met; privacy questions are handled by the responsible person at the address above.
2. What data we process
- Employer data: first and last name of the contact person, company name, phone number, e-mail, and the content of the request for workers.
- Candidate data: first and last name, date of birth, nationality, profession, years of experience, languages, military service status, certificates, CV, video presentation, and personal documents required for the permit process.
- Administrator and associate data: e-mail address and login data for the control panel.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — only to the extent permitted by your cookie consent.

4. Public profiles and protected documents
On a candidate's public profile we display only the data the candidate has approved for publication. Personal documents, primarily the passport, are never published publicly and are never accessible via the public profile link. Documents such as the CV and certificates are opened via temporary links of limited duration.
5. Disclosure of data to the employer
When an employer selects a candidate, we forward the data needed to establish the employment relationship and obtain permits. The employer then becomes an independent controller of that data and is responsible for its further processing.
6. Processors and recipients
- The provider of hosting and the platform's database — for technical storage and processing of data according to our instructions.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / YouTube — hosting and displaying candidates' video presentations. Videos are published as unlisted, visible only to persons who have been given the link.
- The e-mail delivery service provider, for notifications about requests and account access.
- Competent government authorities of Montenegro, when disclosure of data is a legal obligation in the permit process.
We have data processing agreements with our processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Security
Data is stored on secure servers, with role-based access control (administrator and associate) and encrypted data transmission. Candidate documents are stored in secure storage and are not publicly accessible.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@radnasnaga.me. We respond without undue delay, generally within 30 days.
