These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Radna Snaga internet platform. By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
1. Service provider
The platform is operated by QQRIQ Consulting DOO, Podgorica, Crna Gora, tax ID (PIB) 03787222, VAT number ME03787222 (hereinafter: "we", "the platform"). Contact: info@radnasnaga.me, phone and Viber +382 68 211 222. Full information about the entity is provided in the Legal Information tab.
2. What the platform is, and what it is not
Radna Snaga acts as an intermediary in the engagement of construction workers from Egypt for employers in Montenegro. Our service includes the selection and vetting of candidates, the presentation of their profiles, and administrative support in the process of obtaining work and residence permits.
We are not a contractor and we are not a party to the employment contract between the employer and the worker. The employer is the one who concludes the employment contract with the worker, pays wages, provides working conditions, and is responsible for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
3. Use of the platform
Browsing the content, the candidate catalogue, and submitting requests are free of charge. Users must use the platform in accordance with the law.
- Automated data collection (scraping) and downloading of the candidate database are prohibited.
- Misuse of candidate data for any purpose outside the specific recruitment process is prohibited.
- Further publication or forwarding of candidate profiles and documents to third parties without our consent is prohibited.
- Submitting false information or someone else's data through the forms on the site is prohibited.
4. Public candidate profiles
Candidate profiles are published with the candidate's consent and contain only the data an employer needs for assessment: profession, experience, age, languages, certificates, and video presentation. Personal documents, such as a passport, are never publicly available and are provided exclusively to the employer with whom a specific recruitment process is being conducted.
Publication, modification, and removal of profiles are at our discretion. We remove a profile when a candidate is no longer available or when the candidate requests it.
5. Employer request and fee
Submitting a request through the site is not binding and does not create a payment obligation. Cooperation and the fee are agreed separately, based on an offer and its confirmation, and are governed by the Cooperation Terms and Termination tab.
6. Intellectual property rights
The name, logo, design, texts, and database of the platform are our property or are used under authorization. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative databases without our written consent is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the platform "as is". We verify candidate data to a reasonable extent, but we do not guarantee the outcome of employment, the timing of decisions by competent authorities, or the conduct of a worker after the employment relationship begins.
We are not liable for damage arising from the relationship between the employer and the worker, nor for temporary unavailability of the platform. Our liability towards the employer is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the service in which the breach of contract occurred, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and except where the law does not permit limitation of liability.
8. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms. We publish material changes affecting employers at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
The law of Montenegro applies. The court in Podgorica has jurisdiction over disputes. Before initiating a dispute, we recommend contacting info@radnasnaga.me for an amicable resolution.
