1. How we obtain consent
On your first visit we display a banner with equally prominent "Reject all" and "Accept all" options, as well as "Settings" to choose individual categories. We store your choice for 12 months, after which we ask for consent again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

3. Current status
Currently, only necessary and functional cookies are active on the site. The Statistics and Marketing categories are shown in the settings, but until we introduce the corresponding tools they do not load any third-party scripts. Once introduced, they will be loaded only with your consent.
4. Third-party cookies
Candidate video presentations are displayed via the YouTube player. We use the enhanced privacy mode, but by starting a video Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its own policies.
5. Managing cookies via your browser
You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect basic site functions, including remembering your cookie decision.
