This policy governs the establishment, duration, and termination of cooperation between the Radna Snaga platform and an employer engaging workers from Egypt.
1. Conclusion and duration
Cooperation is established upon confirmation of an offer (in writing, by e-mail, or via Viber/WhatsApp) and lasts until the process is completed for the agreed number of workers, or until the expiry of the period stated in the offer.
2. Process stages
- Request and selection: the employer provides its needs, we propose candidates and organize interviews.
- Candidate confirmation: the employer confirms the selection in writing, which initiates the administrative part of the process.
- Permits and residence: preparation of documentation, submission of applications to the competent authorities, and monitoring of the process.
- Arrival and registration: organization of the worker's arrival, registration of residence, and delivery of documentation to the employer.
3. Fee and payment
The fee is calculated per worker or per package, in accordance with the confirmed offer, and is paid based on an invoice. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Costs of fees, translations, certifications, and travel expenses are not included in the fee unless otherwise agreed.
4. Withdrawal by the employer
- Until written confirmation of the selected candidate, the employer may withdraw free of charge.
- After confirmation of the candidate, but before the application is submitted to the competent authorities, only the actual costs of preparing the documentation are charged.
- After the application has been submitted to the competent authorities, fees and administrative costs already paid are non-refundable, as they have been irreversibly spent.
- Withdrawal is submitted by e-mail, stating the company name and the candidate's name.
5. Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you engage the service as a natural person acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without stating a reason. If you expressly request that the process begin before this period expires, you are entitled to a refund reduced by the proportional part of the service already performed. This right does not apply to legal entities and entrepreneurs.
6. Candidate withdrawal or non-arrival
If a candidate withdraws or fails to obtain a permit for reasons not attributable to the employer, we propose a replacement candidate of the same profession at no additional intermediation fee. If the employer does not accept the replacement, we refund part of the fee, reduced by the actual costs incurred in the process.
7. Termination by us
- We may terminate the cooperation immediately if the employer violates labour, occupational health and safety, or foreign employment regulations.
- Due to non-payment, we may suspend the process after a warning and a period of 8 days.
- In the event of termination for a reason on our part, not attributable to the employer's fault, we refund the proportional part of the fee for the unperformed part of the service.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 days of the request being approved. Bank charges related to the refund are borne by the party at fault for the refund.
9. Complaints
Complaints about a performed service should be submitted to info@radnasnaga.me within 15 days of the reason arising. We respond within 15 days of receipt.
